First time we had ever been into an auction house. Did not have a clue. We had watched Bargain Hunt when the goods were sold here in Wootton Bassett and that led us to look at the web site. Brought items that were quite heavy and every member of staff we came across helped us. We are both in our 80's so that was very much appreciated.
Everything is now sold and the follow up procedure was efficient and the money has already reached our bank account.
