Our Reviews

The team at RWB were amazing. They looked after me on arrival after a 4 hour journey to collect some ceramics that I didn't want to have couriered. They were all smiley and chatty and it didn't feel like a dusty old auction house of old. Really great place and I am sure I will be monitoring what they are selling closely from now on.

Should be 10 stars! Before the auction, nothing was too much trouble - collection and preparation, massive and focused publicity and PR, full-scale gallery exhibition, the lot. The auction was equally impressive, a non-stop marathon of 142 lots, each carefully curated and priced to sell. Gareth Wasp and his team were brilliant, friendly and efficient - and the results backed them up: sales at 4-5 times our expectations.Thank you all.

Excellent service with everything fully explained. Having left my items at the Auction House I was updated with when the lots would be going forward and the final results very quickly. Very approachable staff who made the whole experience very easy.

When I visited RWB auctions recently to collect a lot the staff couldn't have been more helpful and friendly, making for a great experience - thanks!

First time we had ever been into an auction house. Did not have a clue. We had watched Bargain Hunt when the goods were sold here in Wootton Bassett and that led us to look at the web site. Brought items that were quite heavy and every member of staff we came across helped us. We are both in our 80's so that was very much appreciated.
Everything is now sold and the follow up procedure was efficient and the money has already reached our bank account.
Thank you all.
The coffee was excellent as well!

First visit to RWB Auctions, a very nice place. Staff advised the whole process. Enjoyed the whole experience from receiving the online catalogue, to online auction, and sale was successful too. Thank you.

'Exceptional all around. I have placed a few items into auction with RWB and each lot has done well and the selling fees (compared to other auctions I have used) are excellent. Considering the exposure, quality action pictures, fast payment and service, I only use RWB now. I have also bought a few lots, thoroughly enjoyed the auction experience and bought some interesting/quality items. The team are a fantastic bunch'
