With RWB Auctions, consigning your property to auction is a simple and affordable process.
Some auction houses levy significant fees which can cut into your profit. At RWB, our Seller’s Commission and Lotting Fees are among the lowest in the UK. We charge:
£5 Lotting Fee - covering the cost of research, photography, cataloguing, insurance and marketing your items
10% Seller's Commission - a percentage of the final hammer price: much lower than other auction houses
You will also need to pay VAT at the prevailing rate.

Drop off and Home Visits
Drop Off In Royal Wootton Bassett
We accept items for sale Monday to Friday, 9.30 am to 4.30 pm. There is no need to make an appointment though if you need to drop off your lots outside of these hours we recommend calling ahead.
Our town-centre salerooms offer a fully-level private loading bay. Members of our professional portering team are on hand to help you unload your items.
You'll be provided with a receipt when you drop off items for auction in Royal Wootton Bassett. The receipt will feature a unique Seller's ID reference number which we will use to track your item in storage. When your item is catalogued for sale it will also be given a lot number.
Book Auction House Home Visit
If you have a large collection, our valuers are more than happy to visit you at home. This service is free and there is no obligation to sell. When you book an appointment for a home visit, our admin team will work with you to arrange a convenient date. You’ll be visited by named valuers who assess your valuables while you wait.
