What is your role at RWB Auctions?

I am the Auction Administrator. My role will be to engage with members of the public and our clients to welcome them to the Auction House and assist them at each stage of their purchase / sale process.

What brought you into this role?

I have worked in the removals industry for over 27 years and have always loved meeting Customers and assisting them with the packing and removal of their most treasured possessions.

I have been a resident of Royal Wootton Bassett for over 40 years. When this role became available it encompassed everything I had achieved through my career and I knew I had to be part of this new venture. It's a real privilege to have this in my home town!

What has been a highlight of your Career so far?

I have had many highlights throughout my career, coordinating removals for stately homes, million-pound wine collections, hand picking my removal team to be part of a television series which aired on Channel 5. But the main highlight has been meeting such a diverse range of customers, hearing their life stories, and supporting their journeys worldwide.

I am so excited to be part of RWB Auctions as I know there will be many more stories from our customers!

What book do you currently have beside your bed?

I am a massive Ant Middleton fan and am currently reading 'Zero Negativity'
Being from a Military background I am fascinated by the resilience and equal vulnerability of the human race. His experiences bring me closer to understanding some of my Father's experiences in the Military and how far the body can be pushed if your mind allows.
